Juniper & Verbena Halls are a new 1,504 Bed Student Housing and 563-seat Dining Complex. The project is sited between the Cibolo and Alamito Residential Complex, Matthews Street Garage, LBJ Student Center, West Quad, Alkek Library, and Math Computer Science Building on the Texas State San Marcos campus. The complex has a large central courtyard on the south with two 10-story high rise residential towers wrapping around it.

Status: 20% complete.
West (Verbena Hall):
- Dining hall entry installation is underway.
- Hanging panel installation is underway on Level 3.
- HVAC rough-in is underway on Level 4.
- Plumbing rough-in is underway on Level 5.
- Electrical rough-in is underway on Level 5.
- Curbs and equipment pads have been poured
East (Juniper Hall):
- Stair D treads have been poured.
- Curtain wall installation is underway.
- The transformer and medium-voltage switch have been set.
- Work on the private residence on Level 2 is progressing.
- Wall insulation is underway to close up Level 4.
- Hydronic piping installation is underway on Level 8.
