Hilltop Phase II - Rendering of Exterior Building Looking South
Hilltop Housing Phase II is a new 1,504 Bed Student Housing and 563-seat Dining Complex. The project is sited between the Cibolo and Alamito Residential Complex, Matthews Street Garage, LBJ Student Center, West Quad, Alkek Library, and Math Computer Science Building on the Texas State San Marcos campus. The complex has a large central courtyard on the south with two 10-story high rise residential towers wrapping around it.
