Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction (FPDC) is responsible for managing the planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, design, and construction of Texas State University buildings. Texas State’s pursuit as a growing research institution is fostered through its construction projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. From academics to sports, FPDC benefits all aspects of Texas State.
