Facilities Operations is made up of more than 80 dedicated personnel who provide essential support to both internal departments within Facilities and the broader campus community. The team is responsible for maintaining over 200 buildings encompassing more than 3 million square feet of Educational and General (E&G) space, while also supporting nearly 4 million square feet of non-E&G facilities.
Our various shops include HVAC, Structures (Carpentry and Paint), Facilities Maintenance specializing in building envelopes, flatwork, railings, and signage, as well as Electric, Plumbing, and Technical Services. These shops carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair activities to ensure the campus remains safe, functional, and efficient.
