Custodial Operations is committed to keeping Texas State University clean and welcoming for all who learn, work, and visit here. Our mission is to provide faculty, staff, students, and visitors with an attractive, orderly, and sanitary environment across campus.
As your in-house service provider, we’re a small but dedicated team serving both academic and support buildings. We handle routine cleaning services, special projects (including event setups, renovation cleanup, and more), and maintain the walk-off mats and interior trash receptacles for all E&G areas.
Our expertise goes beyond everyday cleaning. We have the equipment and experience to offer specialized services such as concrete and terrazzo floor grinding and polishing, consulting, and flood or water restoration. Our certified leadership instructors also teach and present nationally within the custodial services field.
