Est. Completion: December 2024 (Projected – all three phases)

This project involves the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the existing elevated water tower at West Campus, making repairs as required, and repainting the tower. The project will be completed in three phases: (Phase 1) includes the water line extension from the University’s water line to City of San Marcos water line, to provide the required water flows while the elevated tower is removed from service in Phase 3. (Phase 2) includes new pumps at Jackson Hall to maintain proper water pressure, and (Phase 3) includes the rehabilitation of the elevated water tower.

Status: Phase 1 is complete, and Phase 2 is underway.  Phase 3 will commence following the completion of Phase 2.
