Esperanza Hall will be the fourth academic building on the Round Rock Campus. It will include a large, tiered classroom, general classrooms, study spaces, lounge areas, vending conference room and vending. The initial construction will include the build-out of classrooms/study/lounge space on floor 1, and shell space for future build-out on floors 2 & 3.

Status: Construction – 31%. Construction – Steel erection underway on roof. MEP rough-in on-going at Level 1. Exterior wall framing has started.
