Visiting Bus Access Form

To coordinate bus access to the San Marcos campus, all departments and campus partners must complete this form before arranging any charter, tour, school, or similar bus access to the San Marcos campus for passenger drop-off or pickup. 

Please note that while we will work to accommodate your needs, specific drop-off or pickup locations cannot be guaranteed.

Please submit 5 business days before the requested access.  If this is a Parking Special Event, please submit per UPPS 05.07.02 “at least two weeks prior to scheduling the event” as the access confirmation is needed for the Special Event Parking form.

You will need the confirmation number you receive in your email when submitting this form to complete the Special Event Parking Request Form.
