JCK Status Updates

• The JCK Administration Building Reconfiguration (11th Floor) project entails both interior and exterior renovations to the entire 11th floor.
• The exterior balcony enclosures and entire roof replacement are nearing their completion, reducing the need for controlled access installed at building entry/exit points in the near future.
• As of March 5th, all balconies have new exterior windows installed allowing for climate control of the entire 11th floor, with scheduled interior finishes underway.
  • New ceiling systems are being installed.
  • The restroom tile finishes are nearing completion.
• The crane will remain onsite for the remainder of the roof scope expected to finish by April.

The JCK Administration Building Reconfiguration (11th Floor) project entails both interior and exterior renovations to the entire 11th floor. These improvements will create executive conference rooms, a major event space, an improved food service area, and ADA compliant restrooms while fully enclosing all four exterior balconies into conditioned spaces. These scheduled enhancements will improve TXST use of the overall floor upon completion.
